I believe YOU can have a pregnancy that
isn’t hindered by pain

I’m a Pelvic Rehab Certified Coach for mommas like you who want to enjoy pregnancy, birth and postpartum without pain, leaking or fear.

After a devastating birth that ended in a C-section, I  found myself rocked by postpartum and dumbfounded that better preparation hadn’t been a part of my plan.

When my son was a year old, and my feet finally found steady ground, I began serving my local community as a Pelvic Floor Clinician. 2 months later, I became pregnant with my second baby.

Through hard work and determination (aka pelvic-floor courses, switching providers, and hiring a doula) I had a dreamy, redemptive VBAC at 41 weeks without an induction. This experience changed the trajectory of my life and I realized my career was about to take a turn to serve moms all over the world.

My second postpartum experience was heavenly compared to the first……

But there was still so much to learn. This is when I dove in head first to further my education surrounding pelvic floor, birth and postpartum.

Imagine a life where you can…

  • Roll over without wincing

  • Sneeze or cough without having to cross your legs

  • Make it to the end of your day without feeling like you can’t make it to the end of your pregnancy

  • Finally have the tools you need to feel prepared and at ease for a calm confident birth and peaceful recovery.

Ready to enjoy pregnancy and feel prepared for birth?
